● A horizontal alarm is installed on the machine. When the whole vehicle tilts beyond the safe angle, the machine automatically enters the protection system, and only the descending action is allowed. It can be used normally after returning to the safe state. The XSES10RT aerial work platform is equipped with an anti-explosion system for the oil pipes at each oil cylinder.
● The engine throttle control of the XSES10RT model has three speed gears (or stepless speed change). When there is no action for a long time, the engine automatically drops to low idle speed to meet the energy-saving requirements.
● The engine intake system adopts a closed double-stage filtration system, which is suitable for working in a dusty environment; and it is convenient for maintenance.
● There is an automatic shutdown device to prevent the engine from overheating and the hydraulic oil pressure from being too low.
● It adopts the PLC and CAN bus control methods. An industrial controller is installed on the underframe and the platform respectively, which simplifies the circuit and is convenient for maintenance and repair. Metal aviation plugs are used, and the protection level reaches IP65. At the same time, the advanced CAN bus control is adopted, with a simple circuit, good reliability; and simple maintenance and fault diagnosis.
● Disc Brake System: The XSES10RT lifting platform adopts a hydraulic disc brake system. When the machine is in a stopped state, the wheels are always in a braking state, and it can brake reliably on a 27-degree slope.
● Self-diagnosis Function: It has a self-diagnosis function, allowing customers to quickly and timely grasp the working status of the equipment itself, and better maintain the equipment.
